- Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, internal policies, and other legal documents
- Provide comprehensive legal support for business operations

We're seeking a Legal Counsel to drive our health & fitness products' expansion in North American and European markets. You'll provide crucial insights to C-level executives and product, marketing, and development teams for key business decisions. This role offers significant autonomy, strategic project involvement, and exposure to complex legal challenges.
Your key responsibilities:
What will help you succeed in this role:
- 2+ years of experience in law firms, Big 4, or IT companies
- Tech industry background
- Track record of managing legal projects or leading legal workstreams in complex initiatives
- Strong knowledge of international contract law and EU/US consumer protection legislation
- GDPR and privacy law expertise
- Advanced legal English and drafting skills
- Background showing an ability to challenge and influence others
- Ability to explain complex legal concepts in business-friendly language
- Autonomy: capable of making decisions independently and taking responsibility for outcomes
- Organizational skills: good at managing time, structuring work, meeting deadlines, and setting the right priorities
- Adaptability: quick response to legislative changes, analysis of potential business impacts, and ability to adjust to new requirements
